Most of the visible progress at 2293 Verus Street so far has been on the outside — and from the street, the building is starting to look the part. What was a tired old office building, with dated angled windows and weathered stucco, is becoming the Atlas Labs production floor. Here’s where the exterior stands, with the interior buildout up next.
With the shell cleared and the outside coming together, the interior buildout is what’s next — the four ground-floor shops (wood, metal and welding, digital fab, and electronics), the second-floor workspace, and the yard out back. There’s plenty left before January 2027, but for the first time the building reads as what it’s becoming.
More as it comes together — and if you want to be on the floor when it opens, join the waitlist.
