Construction is underway at 2293 Verus Street. The mezzanine steel is up, dust collection is roughed into the wood and metal shops, and three-phase power is being pulled to the machine bays.

The original aluminum storefront glazing removed from the building and stacked on the grass, with a wall opening cut for a new entrance.

Downstairs, the four shops are being framed out — wood, metal and welding, digital fab, and electronics. Upstairs is coming together as desks, a lounge, and the gym; the yard out back is next.
