We’ve opened the waitlist for founding members. If you want in on the floor before the doors are, you can reserve a founding rate now — the early pricing we’ll honor for your first twelve months once we open.

There are four ways in: Student, Weekend, Maker, and Startup. Reserving a rate doesn’t lock you into anything — it puts you on the list and holds the price. When the floor is ready in January 2027, founding members are first through the door.
