How we handle the information you share with us through this site and the founding-member waitlist.
Information you give us. When you use our contact or waitlist form, we collect the name and email you enter, the reason for your message, any membership plan you select, and the contents of your message. You don’t need to create an account to browse the site.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host may record basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited). If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, it is used only in aggregate to understand traffic — not to identify you.
We use your information to reply to your message, add you to the founding-member waitlist, plan memberships and offices, and improve the site. We do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate parts of the site for us — for example, our form and hosting provider — and when required by law. Those providers may process your information on our behalf under their own terms.
The site uses only the minimal cookies needed to function. If we add analytics or embedded content (such as a map), those services may set their own cookies; we’ll update this policy when they do.
We keep inquiry and waitlist information for as long as it’s needed for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we hold, to delete it, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — which we do not do. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The site is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy as the business launches; the “last updated” date above will change when we do.
