This site provides information about Atlas Labs and lets you join a waitlist or get in touch. It is not a membership agreement, and using it does not make you a member.
Joining the waitlist or reserving a founding rate expresses interest and helps us plan. It is not a binding contract, does not guarantee a spot, and does not create a membership. Pricing shown on the site is subject to change until you sign a membership agreement. Membership, floor access, shop rules, and liability terms are set out in a separate membership agreement you’ll review and sign before using the floor.
Use the site lawfully. Please don’t attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated scraping at scale, or misuse the contact forms.
The site’s content, branding, drawings, and renderings are owned by Atlas Labs. Your work is different: you own what you make — Atlas takes no licenses to it and no cut. The details are in the membership agreement.
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Renderings, floor plans, equipment lists, and dates are illustrative and may change before opening.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
The site may link to third-party sites we don’t control and aren’t responsible for.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in San Diego County.
We may update these Terms as the business launches; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
